COMEDY. Accompanied by a real “Klutz” and a dreadful magician, Prince Arthur disguises himself as a peasant and sets out on a quest to find the Holy Grail. Along the way, he meets up with two dimwitted knights, a lazy lady-in-waiting, a thief who uses “alternative facts,” and even the Wicked Witch of the West, who is on her own quest to find Dorothy’s ruby slippers. Since grails don’t grow on trees, locating the Holy Grail proves challenging, especially since no one knows what a “quest” or “grail” is. But all is not lost. Arthur has a poem that may provide a clue. It reads, “Don’t go beyond the pale,” except no one knows what “pale” means. This comedic quest is littered with oxymorons, misspellings, homonyms, and misunderstandings, but it’s sort of trendy in a “medieval-modern” kind of way!

He has taught improv classes at the Little Palm Family Theatre in Boca Raton, FL, and is the author of several children’s plays based on classic fairytales. Rivette lives in Valdosta, Georgia.
