For more than a decade, Larry Fraller has taught adults to read by working in adult literacy programs in his community of Raleigh, NC. He also works for a culinary job education program at a homeless shelter, where he conducts weekly workshops on teambuilding and communication. In his spare time, Mr. Fraller volunteers at an elderly rehabilitation center.
