Perusal Scripts
To help you select the perfect show, you may purchase a single copy of any play. Big Dog scripts feature full-color glossy covers and are printed on eco-friendly paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
Prompt Books for Directors
The director’s prompt book is an 8½” x 11” spiral-bound script with extra-wide margins and a folder to stuff notes. Pages are printed on one side only to provide plenty of room for cues and blocking. Prompt books feature full-color glossy covers and are printed on paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
Play Packs
Play Packs save you money! They include scripts for cast and crew, a director’s prompt book, 50 color personalized 8½” x 11” play posters, and 1 performance royalty. If you do not know all your production information at the time you place your order, you may send us your poster info at a later date via email or fax. If performing more than one show, please be sure to purchase additional performance royalties.
Short Plays & Monologues
Check out our Short Plays category. Mix and match short plays and monologues to create your own show. Short plays or monologues may be purchased individually from any of our short play collections. Royalties for single short plays are just $20 each. Royalties for single monologues are just $10 each.
Posters
Our full-color personalized posters are printed on 8 1/2 " x 11" glossy cardstock and feature your play's artwork along with the name of your theatre group or school, your performance dates, times, ticket prices, and contact information. The size is perfect for posting in classrooms or on bulletin boards or kiosks. They also make great cast gifts and mementos. Available for all plays. All sales are final. Package of 50 posters. $50/package.
Distribution Rights
If you would like to videotape your play and distribute and/or sell copies or broadcast your performance, just purchase Distribution Rights online with a credit card, by purchase order, or by mail. All recordings must include the name of the author and the following notice: “Produced by special arrangement with Big Dog/Norman Maine Publishing LLC, Rapid City, SD.” Distribution Rights are the same price as 1 performance royalty ($60 or $75 depending on the play).
License Artwork
License your play's full-color artwork and receive unlimited rights to use the artwork for promotional purposes. You will receive two JPEG files of the artwork (square & rectangular) via email. The artwork is the same as the play's cover and is full-size so you can size it for your needs. You may purchase Artwork Rights online with a credit card, by purchase order, or by mail. $50.
