COMEDY CLASSIC WITH SONG. Adapted from the novel by Frederic Chapin. Join Toodles and her cat, Tiddle-de-Winks, on a fantastical journey, where they meet singing cockatoos, fairies, and even a talking snowman! A fairy that lives inside a magical snow globe arrives in Toodles’s backyard and whisks Toodles and her cat off to Treasure Town to meet the Queen of Good Luck, who wants to restore Toodles’s father to good health. Inside the snow globe, Toodles is thrilled to see snow for the first time and makes a snowman, which magically comes to life. But before Toodles and her friends reach Treasure Town, they are seized by King Hi-Ho’s Harum-Scarum soldiers and taken to the Walnut City. There, King Hi-Ho holds them for ransom, demanding that the Queen of Good Luck give him a pot of gold hidden at the end of a rainbow, and if she doesn’t, Toodles and her friends will be turned into cockatoos! Audiences of all ages will love the whimsical characters in this comical adventure. Perfect for teen actors and community theatres.
